Con mucho dolor en nuestros corazones, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Melissa Horta-Moreno, nacida el 3 de mayo de 1995, quien tristemente nos dejó el 26 de septiembre de 2024 debido a una condición médica no tratada. Melissa fue una madre, hija, hermana y amiga amorosa. Tenía solo 29 años.

El mayor amor de Melissa eran sus hijos:

Daniel Jordan Mier Horta, nacido el 10 de mayo de 2013

Ángela Lizette Mier Horta, nacida el 25 de enero de 2015

Mia Horta, de apenas 2 años.

Amaba a su familia sobre todas las cosas, especialmente a su madre, hermana y hermano. La cálida personalidad de Melissa y su gran corazón le permitían hacer amigos fácilmente. Tenía una profunda pasión por el maquillaje y siempre hacía que quienes la rodeaban se sintieran hermosos, por dentro y por fuera. Creía en ver lo bueno en todos, y su amabilidad tocó muchas vidas.

Este GoFundMe es para ayudar a apoyar a sus hijos y su familia durante este tiempo increíblemente difícil, y para cubrir los gastos funerarios y médicos. In Loving Memory of Melissa Horta-Moreno

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa Horta-Moreno, born on May 3rd, 1995, who tragically left us on September 26th, 2024, due to an untreated medical condition. Melissa was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was only 29 years old.

Melissa’s greatest love was for her children:

Angela Lizette Mier Horta, born on January 25th, 2015

Mia Horta, just 2 years old.

She cherished her family above all, especially her mother, sister, and brother. Melissa’s warm personality and big heart allowed her to make friends effortlessly. She had a deep passion for makeup, always making those around her feel beautiful, inside and out. She believed in seeing the good in everyone, and her kindness touched many lives.

This GoFundMe is to help support her children and family during this incredibly difficult time, and to cover funeral and medical expenses. Any contribution, big or small, will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to her family to help them in the days ahead.
