In loving memory of Melissa Martinez

Melissa Martinez was a beloved grandmother, mother, cat mom, sister, daughter, and friend. Although life was not always easy and painless, true to her character, she fought until the end. If you knew Melissa, you are probably aware of the health issues she struggled with throughout the past 15+ years. Unfortunately, after continuing to battle those issues over the last few weeks in the hospital, on the evening of Monday, May 22nd, Melissa passed away. Her mother, sisters, and daughters were by her side. To say she is deeply missed would be an understatement. On top of grieving her death, her family is now forced to deal with the financial reality that can haunt families after the death of a loved one. To help ease this process and allow space for the family to heal and grieve her death, we are asking for any support you may be able to provide to help her son and daughters cover her memorial and after-life costs.

A celebration of life will be planned and details will be sent out once the family has had time to settle some of the details of Melissa’s estate. We appreciate your privacy in the meantime. Thank you so much for any support you are able to provide.
