In Loving Memory of Michael Bastine

On December 5th of 2020, Michael Bastine peacefully passed away. He was a loving husband and father, and a friend to all. 

Anyone who knew Michael knew how selfless he was. If he had only $5 to his name, he would've given it to a friend in need. His blue eyes could light up a room, and he was such a gentle giant. Michael has had a health battle over the past years, and fought as hard as anyone possibly could.

He stayed strong for his family, as he wanted to be here to see his first grandchild, Emmett grow up. He adored his wife Trisha to no end, anyone who knew him could clearly see that! He also had endless love for his four children; Gabriella, Issach, Annabella, and Lillian. They couldn't ever have asked for a better dad.

Michael was the kind of guy who always had your back.. a loyal friend. He was the life of the party, and made everyone laugh until their stomach hurt. Making others happy is what he loved the most. 

No matter how many years you spend preparing for the possibility of losing a loved one, you are never truly prepared. The family was not prepared for the loss of Michael financially. Funds are needed for costs associated with cremation, and Trisha would like to have remembrance jewelry made for his children. Additional funds are needed for a future Celebration of Life, and a small Christmas for Michael's children. The Holiday Season was Michael's favorite time of year. He loved getting gifts for his loved ones, and seeing his children's faces light up on Christmas morning.

Michael Bastine was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Trisha; his children, Gabriella, Issach, Annabella, and Lillian; his grandson, Emmett; his mother, Gail; and his brother; Joey. (Oh, and his furbabies Ginger, Coco, and Nacho!)
