In Loving Memory of Mick Peddle.  Forever missed by his wife Jean, 3 sons, 6 grandchildren, entire family and everyone he came across. This fundraising page is to raise money for a memorial for Mick to be treasured and shared by all. Mick & Jean got together at the tender age of 16 and married for 56 years, 3 sons and 6 grandchildren. They worked at the Ironsides 26 plus years where they touched the lives of so many. One thing you could assure from Mick was that he would always be honest with you (no matter how harsh or direct) but always ensured you were all OK and had a drink in hand (not just because he ran the bar!) Mick was a true gentleman and will always be the best footballer, as he used to tell everyone (mainly the players on the pitch) whilst supporting Battersea's football teams from the side lines. He was also a treasured supporter of the rugby and cricket teams, he would often watch them play at home. Nothing we could do will ever fill the boots that have been left hanging in the dressing room but we would like to do something to show our love and respect for him!
