On Sunday, June 7, 2020, my worst fear as a mother became my reality, I lost my sweet baby girl. The hardest thing I will have to do is to live every day since that moment. The day I lost my daughter, I lost a piece of my heart.
Miya was the most loving, caring big sister, cousin, daughter, granddaughter, great- granddaughter, and friend. Miya had so many people who loved and cared for her. We’ve have had countless request from dear friends and family who want to help any way they can. After much thought and encouragement, I decided to create this go fund me account which will cover all funeral and burial expenses.
My heart is heavy and there are difficult times ahead, but I am very much thankful and overwhelmed and humbled by the incredible outpouring of love, thoughts, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
