In loving memory of my mommy: Rosa Reynoso Letran

There is something about losing a mother that is permanent and inexpressible - a wound that will never quite heal.

I have recently lost my mother on November 27, 2021 to a major brain bleed leading to brain dead diagnosis by several doctors. It is unknown entirely to what contributed to her death, they say that she suffered from a subarachnoid hemorrhage. A major stroke that caused a large hemorrhage in her brain, that hit her hard and all at once. I am being made aware that by the time she reached the hospital, it was too late and she fell into a deep deep stage of coma. This was all one big surprise as she had been walking normally few days before and even the night before her incident.

My mother was not perfect, however, to me she was everything even my hero. The light at the end of my tunnel, the reason I have pushed myself so hard to do and pursue every goal in my life. She was the strongest individual I ever knew, and one who would give thy neighbor her last cent just to see them happy.

Unfortunately, as the oldest and the only daughter around, all the huge decision making and responsibility falls on me. I have decided to donate her organs to help life keep on going. I know that is something my mother would have wanted to do if she could. So I wanted to keep her legacy on. She was the most selfless person I ever knew, and I could only hope to follow in her footsteps.

I am at a very vulnerable stage of this decision making, that I ask anybody and everybody whoever knew my mother or have been in a situation like mine to help me share and or donate to lay my dear sweet mother to rest.
