As the eldest child of Mary Ann Natali, he wore the crown of "The Biggest Ball-buster of All Time" with pride and honor. Nobody had a sense of humor quite like him. Nicholas lived life with a zest that was contagious. His adventurous spirit led him to travel far and wide, to take risks, and to always try new things, ensuring he never missed an opportunity to say, "I didn't do that yet."
As a loving father to his daughter Rebecca Natali, he epitomized devotion and unconditional love. He shared a special connection with his beloved sister, Serena, who supported him tirelessly through many years of chronic illness, during which time they faced every new challenge together. To his sister, he was not just a brother, but a steadfast companion and friend, always there to share a laugh or a word of support. As his niece and goddaughter, I felt his special touch, his generosity, and his kindness; he always went the extra mile to make us all feel loved and cherished. He had a tradition of being the first to call each of us on our birthdays, serenading us at the crack of dawn.
A proud United States Marine, Nicholas carried the values of service and duty throughout his life. His passion for the Grateful Dead knew no bounds, and his humor and larger-than-life personality brought joy to all who knew him. He had a knack for making people laugh, even if it meant a little friendly torture along the way.
His unexpected passing has left a void in our hearts, and we find ourselves unprepared for the expenses of his funeral. In honor of his memory and the legacy of laughter and love he leaves behind, we humbly ask for your support during this difficult time.
