In Loving Memory of Nico (Andrei Gianan)

Dear friends and family,

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved, Nico (Andrei, to his friends).

Tragically, he suffered a gunshot wound to his head after New Year’s Eve and the team of doctors have determined that there is no chance of recovery because of the severity of his head injury that cut through his brain stem. This was a total, senseless act of violence and he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. The pain that this has left us is unimaginable.

Nico was known for his infectious smile, his goofy personality, and his big heart. Deep in his thoughts, carefree in expressing ideas, likes, and dislikes and has an easygoing personality that everyone loves. He was shy but observant. Daring but sometimes overly cautious. He was never about himself but about others at all times. He could make the whole room laugh and was a joy to be with.

He leaves behind countless family members and friends who dearly miss him.

We are honoring his life by choosing for him to be an organ donor. In this way he will continue to live on by helping save other peoples’ lives.

All the funds will be used to support Nico's funeral expenses and related costs.
