In Loving Memory of Paris

Our dearest Paris Piilani Yolanda Pila-Manoi, lived on the Big Island of Hawaii with her family. She experienced back pain at work September of last year (2017). The doctor's determined she had injured herself at work and was placed on workcomp. A work comp doctor ordered physical and message therapy weekly for the next 7 months.
April of this year (2018) She was prescribed an MRI test when there was no relief after those 7 months. From the results, the Doctor recommended to continue the physical therapy as there was still numbness and weakness in both legs, and no relief to the severe back pain.
August 27th, 2018, Paris was taken to North Hawaii Community Hospital after continued to endure the back pain and numbness of both legs... she basically could not walk. While at the hospital, an MRI was ordered. That test revealed a large mass and multiple lesions on areas of her spine... Paris was medevacked to Queens Hospital on the island of Oahu and placed in the Oncology unit and then the ICU immediately.
She along with her family fought a good fight and were blessed with many triumphs during the process …
On October 24th, 2018 while on Oahu recovering, with her husband, she knew something wasn't right... he called for the ambulance, they and the Fire department were there swiftly and did what they could, but needed to rush her to Queens Hospital. There she un-expectantly passed.
Funds raised will help Her husband Eddie and children, Alyscia-Raine (20), Hi'ilawe (19) and Noa (18) … with medical expenses and other necessities as they navigate thru this time.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
