In loving memory of Peter Clements

sadly we lost Peter on 21st October 2023, during his last days he was cared for at the Heart of Kent Hospice. We were incredibly touch by the care and compassion Peter and all the family received at this wonderful place. We would like to give everyone the opportunity to help keep this amazing charity running.
