In Loving Memory of Ryan Almeida

At 12:42 am on Friday, March 28th, 2025, our family lost Ryan Almeida, a beloved husband, father, "Grumpy," son, uncle, and man. Ryan and two of his coworkers were working to repair a guardrail on the interstate when a driver operating under the influence struck and killed them. We are devastated by this sudden, tragic loss.

Ryan was an amazing, kindhearted, and hard-working man, always willing to help whoever needed it. He was generous with his time and energy, always going above and beyond for everyone in his life. He worked tirelessly to take care of his family, and he leaves behind a loving wife, Melissa; five children, including Ryan Jr., Rachel, Kai, and Jayden; and his beloved grandchildren, whom he went by "Grumpy" to, Lennyx, Lilyanna, and Lukai.

Ryan meant so much to so many people, and his loss is tragic and unfair. Please keep our family, as well as the family of the other victims of this senseless tragedy, in your thoughts and prayers.
