Sara and Jake Mertes were rich in spirit and love, with a matching zeal for adventure. Together they shared four big loves: each other, their family and friends, the outdoors, and healthcare. They sadly left us on August 7, 2021. We are forever grateful that life allowed our paths to cross with theirs.

Their community of Libby is organizing a fund where donated contributions will be used to support local organizations that support their passions. A Celebration of Life is being organized; the date will be announced as soon as family is able to travel.
