In loving memory of Sasha Simmons

Sasha Simmons was a very kind, sweet, helpful, caring person. Unfortunately after nearly 8 years of battling with addiction she has tragically passed away. Before she passed she was at a very high point in her life, she had a place to live, she was working, and planned to return to school in the fall. She was working for a second time at Chicago Canine Rescue, a no kill dog shelter in the Jefferson park neighborhood of Chicago. Sasha always had a huge love for animals, and dogs especially. She always felt an attachment to the dogs she worked with there. I know if there is something Sasha would like to leave behind she would have loved to leave behind something to help this shelter continue on. Please help to donate to this great shelter to help honor Sasha’s wishes and memory. I know it would mean the world to Sasha to see the people who knew and cared about come together and donate in commemoration of her, to a cause she cared so deeply about.
