For those of you who do not know, Scott Pertile passed away on January 14th 2021. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and poppop. Above all, he was the life of every party. Any type of meeting, party, or event, he was the goofiest, the loudest, and the funniest person there. The true meaning of a jolly presence. He was also brutally honest, which made for the best type of friend and family member that you could possibly have. He would tell you what you needed to hear, whether you wanted to hear it or not. Any thing that needed to be done, he found a way and had an explanation to go with it. He was the heart and soul to The Pertile Family. His sarcastic witty type of humor is, and will forever remain, unmatched. If you knew him, you knew this was the way he showed that he loved you, cared deeply for you, and would always be there for you. Which, he always was. For every waking moment, he was there for our family. He was there for our friends. He was selfless in such a way that he would always take on more than enough, do more than enough, and be more than enough. He was the staple to our family, and without him here our family is suffering more loss than we can handle.
We are asking for your help. Among all the friends and family who he leaves behind, he leaves his wife Lisa behind as a young widow. He was their sole provider and we are asking for help to support his wife until she can get on her feet and find her footing after this tragic event. This is new to us, and our family isn’t known for requesting this type of help. However, we are truly trying to keep the faith and remain hopeful that we will survive this. We live in a world where it is okay to admit when we need help. As Scott Pertile has taught us, there are times where it is okay to be brutally honest. This is that time. Above anything you have to offer, please always keep our family in your prayers.
Celebration of Life Cornhole Tournament and Benefit will be Saturday February 20th at Quaker Steak and Lube Clearwater Florida. 11-4
