In loving memory of Sergio Anibal Barrera Lima

We are reaching out of heartbreak of a dear family friend, Flor Barrera. Flor has been a dear family friend for more than a decade. She tragically lost her 37 year old husband in an accident this week. Here are her words about her husband:

"Sergio Anibal Barrera Lima, born May 5, 1986 passed away July 18, 2023 in his hometown of Pasaco, Guatemala. We spent 2.5 wonderful years together. We loved each other so much and wanted to see other countries, explore new cultures together. In the short time together, we began to build a beautiful life together. We traveled to a few countries where we danced the nights away. We shared our dreams, our goals and future plans together. We shared our deepest fears, too. Together, we planned a life full of happiness, together we were stronger. Forever he will stay in my heart. I love you Sergio."

He leaves behind his parents, three siblings, two daughters, (ages 16 and 14 who he solely provided for), in addition to his wife and step son.

Funds will be used to his funeral arrangements and to help his daughters as he solely provided for them.
