Hi my name is Donna & I have set up this page on behalf of Sophie's family.

Sadly we lost our beautiful Sophie too soon. Anyone who knew Sophie knew how much she cared for & looked after others. She was always a good friend to anyone she met & would do anything for anyone.

Most importantly Sophie was the most amazing mother to her two beautiful children Louie & Meghan. This page is being set up to help Louie & Meghan during this very difficult time & to give them some security in the future. Please find time to donate to Sophie's babies. Just from comments we can see how Sophie had a massive effect on people's lives & she was loved by so so many. We will all miss you forever beautiful girl.
