In loving memory of "The Mayor" Steve Bailey

It is with unbelievable sadness that we announce our incredible father and husband Steve Bailey has passed away. We cannot begin to describe the amount of heartache and grief our entire family is experiencing. A lot of you know of his battle with the beast and of course that he was the absolute toughest and most resilient man. He entered the gates of heaven on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023. Which happens to be the 12th anniversary of our beloved Raymond’s passing. We are certain that Dad was welcomed by our brother Raymond and all of our other loved ones that he missed so dearly including his doggie Roscoe. Dad fought long and hard as he’s battled cancer since 2019.

Throughout his life, he was surrounded by so many amazing people and for that, we want to personally thank you all. His unconditional love will live on through us and carry us all through the sadness and grief that we face with this news.

We are working on making arrangements and are in need of support to make that happen in addition to covering funeral costs, the mountain of medical bills left to us, and other expenses that we are facing as a family. Thank you all for your endless love, support, and prayers he truly loved each and every single one of you. Most importantly we thank you for loving our dad and husband STEVE - ‘THE MAYOR OF WINE’ -. He had a special type of love to share with all of us. We will be sure to connect with everyone as we plan a service.

As an immediate family, we are asking for privacy at this time as we process and grieve together as a family. Again we thank you all and we will see you soon to celebrate the life of our amazing dad and husband Steve.
