In Loving Memory of Troy Stiner

Our beloved Troy was taken from us far too soon but he left behind a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. This account was created to aid in the establishment of the Troy Orlando Stiner Memorial Foundation and create a gateway for those wishing to register for the annual memorial ride.  The purpose of the foundation is to continue Troy’s dream in his absence by funding the training and implementation of K9 dogs to local law enforcement agencies in and around Troy’s hometown of Filbert, Pennsylvania. Troy loved being a dog handler and even more he loved the relationship that is built between a handler and their partner. Troy's love of being a handler and that relationship will live on in every puppy that is purchased and trained to execute the missions Troy enjoyed so much. Please comment your shirt sizes if you are registering for the memorial ride, the minimum donation to participate in the ride and get a shirt is $25 per person. All donations are welcome even if you are not participating in the ride but please make sure you change the percentage gofundme gets to 0% so we can get all of the money you donate.
