Valerie McDonald
A daughter, A sister, A best friend, you’ve been through a lot on this floating rock in space called earth. No matter how hard life was or what it threw at you, nor Cancer! Or Narcolepsy! Kept you down, you always seemed to just smile through it all. When it did get hard, you’d laugh and say “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming”. Nothing seemed to scare you or bother you. You were fearless in everything you did. Stronger than anyone of us could ever be. I like to think you always tried to teach the “Secret of Life” but you were the SECRET Valerie. You did teach us. I’m just sorry it took you leaving, for us to really understand. No matter what happens in life, you gotta keep moving forward and smile through it, cause you know that there’s something better at the end of this journey. You said it best through Wreck it Ralph, "I'm bad, and that's good. I'll never be good and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than ME". Life is like an elevator, sometimes people have to get off. Until we meet again. We Love you very much!
We come together today to support the family during this extremely difficult time. Our beloved Valerie Jean McDonald Smith Bayze Rocha lol, a devoted person, loving daughter, caring sister, cherished friend, and adored aunt, tragically left us, leaving our hearts heavy with grief. While we may never fully understand the pain she was feeling, we can rally around her family to provide comfort, support, and financial assistance as we navigate this challenging chapter in our lives.
Funds raised through this campaign will go directly to Valerie’s family, helping them cover funeral costs. By alleviating the financial burden, we hope to provide them with the space and time needed to heal and remember Valerie’s legacy with fondness and love.
Your generous contributions, no matter the size, will make a profound impact on the family's journey towards healing and rebuilding our lives. Together, we can honor Valerie’s memory, ensuring that her love and the values she embodied continue to resonate within her family and our community.
We kindly ask you to share this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks, as every share brings us closer to our goal. Additionally, please keep Valerie’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this challenging period.
Thank you for your generosity, empathy, and support.
With heartfelt gratitude,
