In Loving Memory of Yayo

With Love and a Broken Heart
On February 3, 2018, Jesus Eduardo "Yayo" Angulo was tragically taken away from us at the young age of 20. Yayo lost his life as a result of a senseless shooting. He was a light and a positive force in the lives of everyone around him.
After overcoming several challenges, he committed to changing his life, and moved from Indio to Los Angeles to pursue his passions of barbering, construction, and his ultimate dream of becoming a wild-land firefighter. It was his nature to help other people. He was involved in the community and volunteered with the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC), and several other organizations supporting at-risk youth. He was a role model to every young person he met, encouraging them to make positive decisions to reach their full potential. Yayo was a friend to everyone who knew him and an absolute joy to be around. His positive outlook on life and strong presence will be remembered and missed by hundreds of people who knew and loved him.
Our family is grieving for their loss and would like to offer Yayo - a beloved son of Beatriz O Castro, brother, uncle, fiancé, and friend - a burial service that honors the profound impact he has had on our lives. Through this difficult time, any amount donated would be deeply appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
