In Loving Memory of Peter Heintz

Please help my family and I raise money in order to lay my dad to rest. My name is Gloria Heintz and I’m one of the daughters of Peter Heintz. It’s unfortunate for me to say that Peter had passed on December 21st at 62 years old. His death was very much out of no where and we are so unprepared. My heart is heavy because over the last few years Peter had dealt with some health issues and had spent some time in the hospital over the course of that time. He seemed like he was doing better when all of a sudden he was having trouble walking and had fell a couple times. On a third night, he seemed really off and not all here, I thought maybe he was going through something with his diabetes again. 2 more days went by and he seemed a little more there than the other night, but by Friday that week he had been taken to the hospital. At first they were giving us all these reasons as to what’s wrong with him, when they finally told us that his gallbladder had an infection. We did what we had to do in order to get the infection handled and had to drain the organ. After we had done that the hospital was making it seem like he was going to be okay to go to an assisted living so he can gain his strength back. We had chosen a place for him but sadly the same night we made a decision, the hospital called telling us Peter went into Cardiac Arrest. They tried to revive him but they couldn’t. Peter was a father, partner, brother, uncle. He was sarcastic and funny and the best “tea” listener. Everything is so much different now that he’s gone.
