In Memorial of Ernesto Purcell
Donation protected
It is with our heaviest hearts that we share that Ernesto Purcell passed away on Jan 20, 2023. On Jan 4, Ernesto suffered a pulmonary embolism that caused a cardiac arrest. While we had faith that Ernesto would pull through and we would see him again however the multiple tests, scans and medical team revealed that Ernesto would not be coming back to us due to his severe brain injury.
Ernesto, 48 years, is survived by his wife Ruby and three children, Daniel, Nathaniel and Lauren. Ernesto also leaves his Mother Eunice Esqueda and Father Walter Purcell and stepmother Janice, brother Alexander Purcell as well as many other loved family members and close friends.
He was very loyal to his family and friends and was there if needed ready to lend a helping hand. Ernesto was always working to help provide for his family despite facing many health challenges & setbacks over the past few years. He was in between employers and working for Uber. Uber drivers are contracted, and unfortunately, Ernesto was without employer health benefits.
His passing has left his family in a financial hole due to medical expenses and now the impending funeral costs. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to help offset some of the cost for this so that the family can honor him by holding a service. Any contributing amount will be greatly appreciated as the family tries to pick themselves up and move through life without their beloved Ernesto.
If you cannot donate, please share the fundraiser with others. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
