On January 24th While returning home from their weekly bingo run Sharon Waldman and her 2 daughters Benita Hayden and Tina Slatten were struck head on by an SUV operated by a drunk driver. His actions have forever impacted our family. Tina Slatten instantly lost her life at the scene, Benita Hayden succumbered to her injuries while in route to the hospital and Sharon Waldman is currently in critical condition suffering from internal bleeding as well as 2 broken legs and 2 broken ankles.
Sharon learned of her daughter's passing right before doctors begin her 1st of many life saving operations at Inland Valley Medical Center.
Benita and Tina were both loving mothers and doting grandmothers. Benita not only raise her 3 children but also adopted her 2 young grandbabies 11 and 7 and has been a staple in our community as a person that many people would call ‘Mom'.
. Currently Grandma Sharon is not only fighting for her life but suffering the unimaginable loss of both her daughters.
We are asking for help with funeral costs for both our Mothers and Help with Covering our grandmothers expense while she focuses on a speedy recovery.
Thank you for the overwhelming support and love you have shown guy during this most difficult time.
