In Memory of a Genuine Heart: Support Needed

My name is Marelin, but this is about my brother. Carlos Emmanuel Perez Salias who unfortunately passed away on September 7th, 2024. We met when we were both 17 yrs old til the day he left family and friends at 23 yrs old. He dealt with mental health issues and other problems just as everyone else. Unfortunately depression won the battle and committed suicide. He loved playing guitar, music, playing video games, reading and writing poetry, and always making sure everyone else was happy and if they weren’t he’d try his best to make you smile but without a try he always managed to lighten the mood wherever or whenever. He was that kind of person, always genuine and selfless. He was the kind of person who if he seen you struggling he would help you, and if he had food or money and you didn’t he would rather you have it. He was different, his feelings and love was true for those he cared about, and even if he didn’t know you he would make sure to treat you with kindness. He wasn’t materialistic, he didn’t care what you thought about him, he knew who he was, or if he dressed nicely or not, he didn’t judge anyone based on wealth or appearance. He loved being himself unapologetically
