In Memory of Abed: Support for Hala's Family

I am fundraising for my co-worker Hala, who she just lost her 27 year old son, Abed “Diesel” Warden, very tragically. She needs our help to cover the funeral expenses and the burial.

Abed left us after a courageous battle to a mental illness. His loss has created a profound void in the lives of his family, friends and the community.

Abed was known for his kindness, generosity and his radiant smile, which touched everyone who knew him and everyone who visited his cherished establishment, The Piccadilly Grill.

in light of this tragic loss and with the families consent, we are reaching out for support to help cover the unexpected expenses associated with his passing. His mother and siblings are grieving deeply, especially after the recent loss of their husband and father, Saeed Ajaj, just three years ago. All contributions will go towards funeral, cemetery, and related costs.

We also encourage everyone to take this opportunity to educate themselves about the importance of mental health. Let’s come together to support and check in on our loved ones.
