In memory of Anne Lomax

Our wonderful Mum, Anne Lomax, suffered a severe stroke in early January and had fought so hard against it, making slow but steady progress on a road to recovery. Devastatingly, whilst in hospital she contracted COVID-19 and unfortunately couldn’t fight this as well.

Mum was the kindest most amazing, generous and beautiful person – the best in the world. As those of you who were lucky to have known her know she always put others first, never sparing a thought for herself, but just wanted to make everyone happy and smile.

All Mum ever wanted was to spend time with her family and make happy memories.

There are no amount of words to explain how we are feeling and how much we will all miss her, but take comfort knowing she’s now at peace with Nan. 

In light of all of the funeral service restrictions we are unable to celebrate Mum’s life the way that we would all like to and the way she deserves. We have decided to create a GoFundMe page, to help raise money in Mum’s honour so that we can celebrate her amazing life at a later date together and so that you will all be able to say your goodbyes to our remarkable Mum.
