In memory of Arturo Nuño

These are some of the hardest words I’ve had to write. We recently lost a great man and an even better human being, Arturo, or as he was affectionately known, Turo.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe the kind of person Turo was, but I will do my best to try.

Everyone that knew Turo, knew him to be a kind and giving person. Someone that would literally take the shirt off his back for someone else. If he had $10 in his pocket, $5 were for him and $5 were for me, no questions asked! No favor was to big, Turo could always be counted on!

My brother, you leave behind an amazing legacy, fond memories, and so much laughter! Hermano, we love you and your memory will live on through the countless lives you touched.

To the Nuño family, our deepest condolences on the tragic loss of our beloved Turo.

The money raised through these efforts will go to help his family pay for funeral costs and the rest will go toward his kids.
