In Memory of Ashley Shumate: Support Her Family

My name is Keith Shumate and I am Ashley Shumate’s father. On Sunday, November 10th at 9:00 AM, my daughter succumbed to a long-time illness and went home to be with the Lord! I held Ashley in my arms as a baby after graduating boot camp in San Diego, CA! From that moment, I watched her grow into a beautiful woman over the years! She blessed us even more by giving us two beautiful granddaughters, Kyleigh and Kaylin! She was always filling any room she was in with joy and happiness! She always made sure that she asked even a stranger if they needed help with anything! Our family’s hearts are broken and a void has been left by her love! She will forever be in our hearts and truly missed by those she came in contact with!
