In Memory Of Autumn Grace Matthews

Kris and Jamie have come a long way from where they started when they first got together.

They have overcome obstacles that would have broken most and kept pushing forward while expecting they're baby girl Autumn. Just a few short days after moving into their new apartment Autumn Grace Matthews past away unexpectedly.

Autumn Grace was a HUGE motivator in regards for doing better in life for both Kris and Jamie. Its going to be tough for them emotionally financially and otherwise. I ask for any help that can be offered by anyone that's willing and able in order for them to cover funeral cost as well as a memorial or celebration of life for Autumn Grace. Thank you and God bless!
