In Memory of Ben Schwartz
On behalf of the San Francisco Lacrosse Club (SFLC) and those who played with Ben on and off the field, we are raising funds to assist Ben’s family with the unexpected costs for his funeral service arrangements.
Ben moved to San Francisco in the Spring of 2017, and within 2 weeks, he found his new lacrosse team and community with SFLC. Ben’s love for the sport and boisterous personality helped him integrate with the team quickly. He loved hanging out with the team on and off the field, traveling across the greater Bay Area for games and up to Tahoe for our annual summer tournament. Outside of the season, Ben was always up for a run or a ride, hanging at the park or beach with Mila, and carrying the energy into the night for some more shenanigans. His spirit was uncontained, and we loved it. We will miss him, but will never forget the energy he shared with us.
