In Memory of Bernard "BK" Kwarteng : Support His Loved Ones

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing of Bernard "BK" Kwarteng, at just 43 years old.

His life was tragically cut short by no fault of his own. Bernard was on his way home from work during the early hours of March 4, 2025, when a drunk driver heading the wrong way on 495 at a high rate of speed entered his lane and crashed into his vehicle, ultimately leading to a tragic accident. His sudden passing has left family and friends devastated, serving as a heartbreaking reminder of the dangers of impaired driving.

Bernard was a devoted husband and father to his wife and two young children. He was loved by all who knew him, family and friends combined. He was a man who dedicated his life to serving his family and friends, making sure everyone was always taken care of, no matter the cost. There are no words to describe the pain and uncertainty we are all feeling right now, but if you knew Bernard, you know he would infuse this moment with optimism and positivity. He would bring everyone together to strengthen us to get through this.
