In memory of Bounome Roubsouay

On March 23rd 2021, my mother, Bounome Roubsouay lost her battle from covid-19. She was the heart and soul of my family. She was a mother and protector. She was the most unselfish person that I have ever known. If you needed help, she was there to help. If you needed help in your restaurant, she was there to help cook or clean. If you needed help with your kids, she was there to watch over them when you did your errands. She was Superwoman. We are going to miss her terribly.
