Hi family and friends. We are sad to inform you of the sudden loss of Carmen Allende. An amazing soul. She always liked to help everyone when she could even when she didn't have anything. I can go on and on about how amazing of a woman she was. In this time of need, we ask for your help as we all know unplanned circumstances happen and no one is ever prepared.
