In Loving Memory of Carolee – A Life of Compassion, Community, and Service
It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we share the sudden passing of our dear friend Carolee, who tragically lost her life in an accident November 10th, 2024. Michael, her husband, was also seriously injured in the accident. He faces a long recovery, and will need a lot of help during his rehabilitation.
Carolee was an incredible mother, wife, daughter, auntie, sister, and best friend — full of energy, joy, laughter, compassion, and warmth. She had a heart of gold and a passion for making the world around her a better place. She was an amazing woman; a mentor, caregiver, and a beacon of light for anyone who needed it.
Carolee and Michael had a shared vision building their local business (Decadent Saint Winery), and as a team they poured their heart and soul into this endeavor. Carolee dedicated herself to her family, her community, and her work, always going above and beyond to help others — whether it was offering support to a friend, providing a listening ear, or contributing time and resources to those in need. Her life was defined by her faith, kindness, generosity, and a genuine desire to see those around her thrive.
Sadly, she was taken from us far too soon. Michael, Bella, her family, and all who knew her are now facing an unimaginable loss. In this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to help support Michael and the family as they navigate the emotional and financial challenges of this tragedy.
How You Can Help:
In honor of Carolee’s memory and the legacy of love she leaves behind, we’ve set up this GoFundMe page to help ease the burden on her family. The funds will go toward the funeral, family support and Michael’s extensive medical related expenses during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in helping the family navigate the days and weeks ahead.
We are so grateful for any support you can offer, whether it's through a donation or by sharing this page with others who knew and loved Carolee. This is also a space for us to come together to support Bella, the light of her life, Michael, family and friends and to celebrate the life of a woman who made the world a brighter, kinder place.
Thank you for your generosity, your compassion, and for honoring Carolee’s memory in any way you can.
With heartfelt thanks,
Friends and Family of Carolee
