In Memory of Celina Ramirez-Rubio

Hello, our names are Sabrina and Marisa, and we have created this fund in honor of our beautiful baby sister, Celina. Unfortunately, our sister was taken from us late on May 29, during a domestic violence incident. She is survived by us, our parents, her nieces and nephews, and her three children. Celina was a hardworking, selfless woman who dedicated her life to providing for her sons. While not biologically her child, Jonathan has been a son to her since he came into her life. She supported him in everything he did and was always front row at his band's performances. She was a young mom to her son Michael and was proud to be able to see him graduate with his AA in journalism two days before this tragedy. He has plans to continue his education at a university in the fall. Her youngest child, Justin, recently finished his freshman year of high school. Celina and her boys were inseparable; to know her was to know how proud they continuously made her. We are all devastated by this unexpected tragedy, and we will be collecting donations to give Celina the memorial that she deserves, honor her memory, and say our last goodbyes. All donations will help to cover the cost of Celina’s funeral and will also be going to support her sons.
