Hello, my name is Jesus Olivas and I am making this GoFundMe to help cover the costs for my cousins funeral, Cesar Cardenas Olivas (chicho). He passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 and whether you were a close friend or you were simply surrounded by him, you knew he was always very humorous & charming. Unfortunately on that day his body was found at Clinton Lake after he had gone missing in the lake. Chicho was very loved and we will all miss him. Our plan is seeing if we are capable of transporting him to Mexico where his mother & sister live or, trying to see if they are able to receive a permit to come for his funeral ceremony. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated, it will all be handed over to his sister, Valeria Olivas for anything they might need. If you do have any questions or want to reach out.
