In Memory of Charles R Starr

Charlie will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I am a friend of Peter Starr, and am organizing this go fund me as a way to help  the family with legal fees and assorted expenses associated with Charlie's passing. 

Many of us want to show our love and support, and this is what they agreed would help the most, in lieu of sending flowers, as Covid won't allow a large gathering to celebrate his life.
