In Memory of Chuck Souza: Your Help Needed

In remembrance of "Papa" Chuck Souza. He was a die-hard Patriots fan, nurtured his garden daily, and drank coffee from sunrise to sunset. When he wasn't planting beautiful flowers, he would spend time with his two grandchildren. He would always be heard humming, telling stories, and making someone's day a little brighter.

In the beginning of the summer, Chuck had fallen and broken 4 ribs. During his hospital stay, they found out that he had stage 4 brain cancer. He had undergone radiation, but it was too late. He declined quickly and was sent into hospice and passed on August 19th.

Unfortunately, Chuck had not set up life insurance and lived a very simple life. He is survived by his only son. We are putting this together to help with the unexpected costs that come with a tragedy this complicated. We are asking for any help to contribute with the medical expenses and memorial costs. Anything is very much appreciated.
