As many of you now know, our dear friend Claire lost her life on July 8th, 2020. As you may remember, Claire was an active member of the CDH community--competing on the swim team, playing in the band, and volunteering. Claire continued on to graduate from the College of St. Ben's to become a preschool teacher and marry the love of her life, Michael Jansen.
As we all grapple with this devastating news, let us come together--as that same strong CDH community she left-- to shower her family with not only memories, but also financial support to cover her funeral costs during this trying time. Sadly, her 28th birthday would have been today--July 13th. In remembrance of her life, you may consider a donation of $28 or whatever you feel appropriate.
With many of us unable to pay our respects in person due to COVID, let us show up for her family on this platform.
