In Memory of David Dewees

Dear Fellow Associates, professional auto hauler drivers, company and Owner Operators, mechanics, main office and field personnel. It is with great sadness and regret that I must inform you of the passing of one of our finest professional auto hauler drivers late this afternoon.
David Dewees, who joined Proficient in March of 2011 earned our prestigious Auto Hauler of the Year Award just a few years ago, and he has always been one of our best performers. He passed away unexpectedly the morning of January 31st, at a Denny’s restaurant in Titusville, FL.
David was always an advocate for his fellow driver and he was never afraid to come to and talk to management about what was good and bad with the our organization, what he agreed with and what he thought we ought to change. He cared about the company. He was a very well-liked and very respected, he will be greatly miss him.
In our last meeting, just a week ago, he told me how much he loved his wife and his job.
Please pray for David, his wife Denise and family as they go through this difficult time. Please also pass this information along to anyone outside the company that would want to know.
