In Memory of David “ Nice Guy Dave” Green

Where to begin, my dad David “ Nice Guy Dave “ Green suddenly passed away the morning of October 03, 2023. We did our normal good mornings while I left for work and within 3 hours I got a call my dad was gone. Within those three hours he was walking our family dog and waiting for his nephew to pick him up for breakfast and unfortunately my cousin is the one who found him. This has been a very traumatic unexpected experience for us all. Those who knew my dad knew him to be funny, loving, beyond dependent, the nicest guy who would take his shirt off his back for anyone. I personally want everyone to remember my dad has gone above and beyond for friends and family and im pleading to those who he’s help because right now would be the time to give back more than ever. I just want my dad to be at peace the way he wanted. With that said my father was very adamant to not be cremated. Im trying really hard to follow my fathers wishes however, the prices for everything are through the roof. I write this hoping that anyone who can, will donate to help lay my father to rest. If your uncomfortable donating here that’s okay.

My fathers services will be Wednesday October 18, 2023. Services will be at Robert J Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home located at 1803 Centre Street, West Roxbury MA 02132 at 11am til 2 pm. we will then go straight to The Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery at 670 Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132
