In memory of Dot wood. Support for the family.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of our precious Dot Wood's passing. Dot was known to many as a vibrant, compassionate, and endlessly funny woman who was passionate about her love for Jesus.

As many of you know, Dot's daughter, Teresa Cook, dedicated herself wholeheartedly to caring for her mother. Teresa spent countless hours laughing with her, loving her deeply, and ensuring she was never alone. Spending Dot's final years with her was the greatest gift imaginable. Sadly, with her mother's passing, Teresa has also lost her means of contributing financially to her household.

Additionally, Teresa's husband, Steve Johnson, who also cared for Dot, has faced numerous health challenges and has been unable to work this year.

Given this unexpected loss, we want to help Steve and Teresa by easing their financial worries so they can focus on grieving and finding rest. Our goal is to alleviate their immediate financial stress so they can heal without added pressure. Jobs will come, and brighter days are ahead, but for now, we hope to provide them with the comfort and support they desperately need.

Lord, we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, surround those who loved Grandma Dot dearly and provide them with the space they need to heal. We’re grateful for any support you feel led to give and appreciate your kindness during this sad time. Thank you so very much.
