In Memory of Dr Sachin Srivastava

With immense grief we - the Consultants at University Hospitals of North Midlands (UHNM) NHS Trust - inform the untimely passing away of our dear colleague Doctor Sachin Srivastava.

Sachin, aged 47, a Consultant Neuroradiologist at the UHNM NHS Trust passed away on 27th October 2023. He joined the Trust in 2009 and has actively contributed to various departmental and hospital activities - in particular, setting up the Dementia Imaging Pathway.

A kind, calm, and considerate person, Sachin was a caring, innovative and forward-thinking professional. His passing away is a great loss to all of us.

Sachin had great passion towards Cricket. Many of his sporting buddies fondly remember him as an amazing Cricketeer who showcased teamwork, leadership, and won awards for the Trust.

Sachin is survived by his wife Juhi and two young children aged 12 and 8.

As a mark of respect for our dear colleague and for his contributions, we are setting up this fund to support his family.
