In Memory of Dylan Jacobs

Hi, my name is Lorri Remich and I am blessed to work with my friends Shane and Lisa Jacobs. On Sunday, January 15th, we learned that their son Dylan unexpectedly passed away. We still don't know the cause and will forever be questioning why.

Dylan leaves behind his 3-year-old son, Kade, his grieving parents Shane and Lisa Jacobs, his mom Jess Weaver, his brother and sister Colin and Mary Caroline, his grandparents, other relatives and many, many friends.

In memory of Dylan, we are establishing this education fund for Kade. While nothing will replace the love of his father, we want Kade to feel the impact that his dad made on this world.
