Ebony Evans-Kindle was the daughter of my best friend, Barbara "Bob" Evans and I knew Ebony from when she was a 12 year old girl. I spite of being a single parent Ebony worked hard to support her three children and I was so proud of her accomplishments - working her way up through the ranks into a management position in her work. Being a single parent doesn't leave much to get by on and there are no funeral funds to bury Ebony. Her children have nothing to move forward and I expect "Bob" will now become Guardian and "Mom" when she is already in her 60's and in ill health. This family desperately needs help right away - and my hope is that there will be enough to create a slush fund to draw on as the kids needs increase. One of Ebony's older sisters will assume care of this fund.
