Edie Joy Gatica Born January 5th 1970 - September 29th 2019
It is with a heavy heart that our family is sharing the passing of Edie Gatica. She was a Daughter,a Sister an Aunt and a Best Friend. For those of you who knew her she was a person who could walk into any room and light it up with her beautiful personality, her sense of humor was contagious. She was a woman of faith a friend that would be there whenever needed. Thursday September, 5th she was diagnosed with Leukemia and with the fighting spirit that she had faced it head on, she went through 7 days straight of chemo and like the warrior she was gave it her all. Unfortunately her body could not handle everything she was going through. The lord decided to bring her home to rest yesterday evening. None of us in our family ever thought that this would be the outcome, and we are asking for anyone that knew her or would like to help in anyway to make to make a small contribution. It is greatly appreciated.
