In Memory of Edwin: Support His Loved Ones

Hello, my name is Jasmin. My husband, Edwin, has passed away fighting hard against stage 4 Lymphoma cancer. These last two months of him being in the hospital were hard for his family and me. Never once did he complain about being in pain; he was trying to be strong. He fought hard and was very brave to go through all those chemotherapies and medications.

Edwin was a hardworking man and the kindest-hearted person I know. He was only 23 years old when this cancer took over him, leaving behind two beautiful sons that he loved so much and still does. When he took his last breath, our kids will forever remember their father as a hardworking, lovable, funny, and amazing person, even if it’s through the pictures and stories I share with them.

I will forever love Edwin with all my heart.

Hola, mi nombre es Jazmín. Mi esposo, Edwin, falleció luchando duramente contra el cáncer de linfoma en etapa 4. Estos últimos dos meses que estuvo en el hospital fueron difíciles para su familia y para mí. Ni una sola vez se quejó de sentir dolor; estaba tratando de ser fuerte. Luchó duro y fue muy valiente al pasar por todas esas quimioterapias y medicamentos.

Edwin era un hombre trabajador y la persona de mejor corazón que conozco. Tenía sólo 23 años cuando este cáncer se apoderó de él, dejando dos hermosos hijos a los que amaba mucho y aún ama. Cuando tomó su último aliento, nuestros hijos siempre recordarán a su padre como una persona trabajadora, adorable, divertida y maravillosa, incluso a través de las fotografías e historias que comparto con ellos.

Siempre amaré a Edwin con todo mi corazón.
