Today, we gather to honor the memory of a truly remarkable soul, M.K. Eelaventhan. For 73 years, he stood as a beacon of strength and compassion within the Tamil Nation, enriching the lives of countless individuals in the Tamil community and beyond. Eelaventhan Iyah's legacy is one of selflessness and service, and it is our privilege to continue his noble work.

During the 1980s and 1990s, Eelaventhan Iyah's contributions were felt far and wide. From facilitating college admissions to securing employment opportunities and navigating immigration matters, his dedication knew no bounds. Today, we invite you to join us in honoring his memory by supporting causes close to his heart.

The purpose of this GoFundMe campaign is twofold. Firstly, we aim to extend support to those in need in Tamil's motherland, carrying forward Eelaventhan Iyah's legacy of service to the community he cherished. Additionally, we seek to provide assistance to his ailing wife, ensuring that she receives the care and support she deserves.

We have established a trust to fulfill his wishes and continue the important work he held dear. We are grateful for the authorization provided by Mrs. Yarlini Rasenthiran, Eelaventhan Iyah's beloved daughter, who stands alongside us in this endeavor.

இன்று நாம், ஈழவேந்தன் எனும் ஒரு உன்னத தன்னலமற்ற வழிகாட்டியின் வாழ்வை கொண்டாடி அவருக்கு இறுதி மரியாதை செலுத்த கூடுகிறோம்.

ஐயாவின் நினைவை பேணும் முகமாக அவரின் பெயரில் அறக்கட்டளை ஒன்றை உருவாக்கி இருக்கின்றோம். இந்த அறக்கட்டளையை ஈழவேந்தன் ஐயாவின் மகள் திருமதி யாழினி இராசேந்திரன் அவர்களின் ஒப்புதலுக்கு ஏற்ப அமைத்திருக்கின்றோம்.

இந்த அறக்கட்டளையின் ஊடாக ஈழவேந்தன் ஐயாவின் மனதுக்கு நெருக்கமானதான தாயகத்து உறவுகளின் வாழ்வியல் மேம்பாட்டிற்கும் உடல் நலமற்றிருக்கும் ஈழவேந்தன் ஐயாவின் வாழ்க்கை துணையின் ஆதரவுக்கும் பயன்படும் என உறுதி தருகிறோம்.
