On June 30, 2020 our community tragically lost the lives of 3 special people: Emily Mohler, her daughter Piper, and Cody Nevins. Our hearts are broken and we will never forget.

Emily and Cody were our classmates and our friends. On behalf of the Bigfork High School Class of 1996, thank you for your gift. The proceeds will be shared with Emily and Cody’s families to support them at this time of loss.

*Addendum July 2, 2020 - The Mohler Family is grateful for the love and support of the community during this difficult time. The family has asked that any funds raised through this site on Emily’s behalf (50% of the total) be gifted to the Nevins family in support of Cody, his children, and his family. Therefore, the entirety of funds gathered on this site will be gifted to the Nevins family.

The Nevins Family also expresses their gratitude to the community. Cody was an artist, educated at the Art Institute of Seattle followed by a job at Universal Studios. His love for small town life, the outdoors and family brought him back to Montana. He loved his family, hunting, and fishing. All donations will be gifted to a college fund for Cody’s two children.

*Addendum September 10, 2020 - The donations from this fund will be held on behalf of Cody's children, Cody and Breanna, until a legal guardian is named. The money will then be directed to the children for their support and futures.
