In Memory of Emmitt John Picard
Donation protected
Emmitt John passed away at age 17, in Manistee Michigan. Emmitt lived with Muscular Dystrophy and persevered through his limitations every day. Emmitt brightened the world of those in his life. Even with his limitations, Emmitt enjoyed life to it's fullest. He would go on many adventures with his family, and you'd often see him rolling down the street with his cousins. Emmitt was a strong willed boy, if he didn't want to do something, he would let you know. He was often comical, saving stories to tell others.
Emmitt had a big, caring heart. He made others feel that they were an important part of his life. If he enjoyed your company, you'd know it. Emmitt would greet you with a big smile, exclaiming "Hi ____!", and then he'd have a story or a quip to say.
The purpose of this campaign is to offer a place for those who would like to donate to his medical expenses and memorial services. The funds will be used for these purposes, going to straight to his mother. Since the COVID-19 orders are in place, service arrangements are not finalized yet. The family wishes to have a memorial for him when the pandemic orders are lifted.
If you would prefer not to give, but have a story to share about Emmitt, please leave a comment below. The family would love to hear about how he brightened your day or maybe played a joke on you.
